Finance Committee

• Develop policy and strategy recommendations for Board approval, and provide advice and perspective to NEESinc staff, regarding financial management and business practices to assure fiscal responsibility and efficient execution of the Consortium's business.
• Review the overall NEESinc annual budget developed by NEESinc Headquarters from synthesis of recommendations by SOC, ITSC, and EOTC, and make reports and recommendations to the Board.
• Review quarterly financial reports of NEESinc and receive an annual independent A-133 audit report on NEESinc financial status and internal business controls and make recommendations to the Board regarding any needed corrective actions.
• Advise NEESinc staff on issues related to establishing good business and management practices throughout the Consortium.
